🎫 Create a Ticket
If you encounter an issue, creating a detailed support ticket is the fastest way to get help. Fill out the form as shown below:

1. Issue Category
Select the most relevant category to route your request to the right team:
- Technical: Errors, bugs, or system malfunctions.
- Billing: Issues with payments, invoices, or subscription charges.
- Feature Request: Suggestions for new capabilities or improvements.
- Account: Login problems, role management, or security concerns.
- Other: Any inquiries not covered above.
2. Priority Level
Assign a priority to help us triage the urgency:
- Low: Minor inquiries not affecting operations.
- Medium: Standard issues that need attention but aren't blocking work.
- High: Major issues affecting some functionality.
- Urgent: Critical system failure requiring immediate resolution.
