⚙️ Restaurant Profile

The **Restaurant Profile** tab allows you to set up your business identity and regional settings. This ensures your financial reporting and customer invoices are accurate.

Regional Localization

Customize the system for your location:

  • Currency: Select your local currency (e.g., USD, EUR). The system adapts all financial figures to this choice.
  • Country & Timezone: accurately set your country and local timezone to ensure shift logs and order timestamps are correct.

Smart Address & Tax

Streamline your setup with intelligent automation:

  • Address Auto-Complete: Start typing your address, and the system will recommend valid locations powered by Google Maps.
  • Auto-Detect Tax: Based on your selected country and state rules, the system automatically calculates the default tax rate, simplifying compliance.

🖼️ Branding

You can also upload your Restaurant Logo or provide a URL. This logo will appear on the storefront preview and all customer-facing receipts.

The **System Preferences** tab gives you control over the application's behavior and external connections.

Workflow Automation

  • Desktop Notifications: specific toggle to enable browser alerts for new orders and kitchen updates.
  • Auto-Print Receipts: Automatically trigger a print job immediately after a payment is successfully recorded, speeding up the checkout process.

External Integrations

Connect third-party services to enhance functionality:

  • Google Maps API Key: Enter your API key here to enable address auto-complete features in user creation and settings profiles.

🔔 Notifications

The Notifications tab is currently under development. In future updates, this section will allow you to granularly curb alerts for email, SMS, and push notifications.

💳 Payment Methods

The **Payment Methods** tab allows you to configure your physical POS terminals for card processing. Currently, the system supports Dejavoo Payment Terminals.

Terminal Setup

To enable card payments, you must enter your Dejavoo credentials:

  • Environment: Toggle between Sandbox (Test) for training and Production for live transactions.
  • TPN & Auth Key: Enter the Terminal Identification Number (TPN) and Authentication Key provided by your payment processor.
