When you register a new staff member in User Management, you must assign them a specific role. Their role dictates their dashboard view, available modules, and permissions for actions like applying discounts, voiding items, or accessing financial reports.

Assigning Roles
To assign or change a user's role, navigate to the User Management section. Select the user, edit their profile, and choose the appropriate role from the dropdown menu. Changes take effect on their next login.

Regularly audit user roles and immediately revoke or downgrade access for employees who leave the company or change positions. Never share Admin credentials.
