Restaurant Setup Guide
Welcome to Nexzen POS! Follow this comprehensive, step-by-step guide to completely configure your restaurant environment, from initial registration to placing your first order.
💡 Setup Recommendation
We recommend completing these steps on a desktop or laptop computer for the best experience. Have your restaurant's logo, menu details, and vendor information handy.

Build Your Menu
Create the structure of your menu before adding items. This ensures an organized POS screen for your cashiers.
- Create Categories (e.g., Beverages, Main Course).
- Create Sub-categories (e.g., Hot Drinks, Cold Drinks).
- Add individual Menu Items with prices, images, and descriptions.
- 7
Add Recipes for Menu Items
Link raw ingredients and quantities to your menu items. This enables accurate cost calculation and automatic inventory deduction when an item is sold.
